MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus ABDUL HAKIM
Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), on leave of appeal, was considered by the Settlement Commissioner as a definite finding that excessive allotment was obtained through misrepresentation and that of the High Court. Was not open. To obstruct such jurisdiction, that an informant had the legal right to make the land available as a result of the information provided by it and the effect of this High Court order was to deprive the applicant of this legal right.
