The remand of the case for rent collection on fine working respondents found that the amount of rent and withdrawals from the respondents could not be accepted as a default dispute in the situation, The Board of Revenue had no amendment jurisdiction and secondly, the two orders passed in the two amendments to the Board of Revenue are contradictory. In this case, the first dispute was raised against the applicant through the Supreme Court decision in Section M Nassim against Lucas alias Lucy and others. Member (Revenue); Board of Revenue, Punjab, Lahore and another PLD 1984 SC 227 and another dispute were properly dealt with by the High Court, no weakness, legal or otherwise, in the order of the High Court.
