Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Applicant was selected as an Associate Professor while serving as a Government servant and after completing one year's service from his department he was assigned to the University. Darius had joined, university officials decided. The applicant challenged his return to his parents' department in his native department, but the High Court rejected his claim in the constitutional jurisdiction of the university in which the applicant was sued. Applicable to the terms of the appointment order provided there is no confirmation order. If the one-year trial was approved after the expiry, then the period of prosecution would automatically be extended for two years, while the applicant's return had been returned while he was still on probation in the university petition.
