The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the plaintiffs / evidence in the case under which the decision of the suit was pronounced was invalid and the record against the provisions of Section 50, Evidence Act, 1872 has been shown. That no irrefutable evidence was taken in the section, Ev Act, Evidence Act, 72 of 1872 was neither contemplated nor violated by law, nor was there any mistake of law or of public importance. Any questions that need to be investigated, permission to appeal was denied in the circumstances
