Section 18 (5) Customs Act (IV of 1969), Section 156 (89) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Sections 292, 293 and 294 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) apply for leave to appeal. It has been emphasized that the police should refrain from interfering with the applicants in any way - except in accordance with the law and even if there is an illegal action against the applicants, they should be against the Supreme Court. Must be free to prosecute a relative who cannot file any action against him.
