SULTAN AHMAD versus FEROZE KHAN

Article 6 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Amendment to the Constitution of the Parties by the Member Board of Revenue. However, the petitioners challenged the order of the Board of Revenue in the Constitutional petition with the consent of the parties before the High Court and requested that they did not give their consent and submitted their affidavit in support of the petitioner. The affidavit submitted cannot be given any greater weight to the order passed by the Board of Revenue because the Court of Appeal approved by the High Court upheld the dismissal of the appeal. ?
