SH11, Item 11 (vii) Reduction in trial court fees for administration cannot be estimated based on the value of money in the case of a dispute, therefore, the court fees applicable in the case of such case are only for the court. The fee under the relevant provisions of the Act should not exceed Rs. 10 which the defendant has already fixed.
