Para 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Land Allotment Applicants were cultivating one's land ever since Kharif, located in Syed District, surrendered on the launch of the 1971 MLR 115 and the petitioners thereafter said. They were cultivating the land as the tenants of the provincial government. It was stated, however, that the land could not be allotted to the applicants under the provisions of MLR 115, in response to the question, the respondents were allotted land which was resumed from them. The applicants said that although they were not allotted land, but they were cultivating, it is said that in return for the land, the respondents could be illegally resumed from them. The land was not allotted, the Federal Land Commission, directing that since the land taken from the defendants was allotted to the tenants, should not be disturbed and the land belonging to the commission (underground in question) was to be granted by the respondents. Stating that the land applicants have no locus standi to file constitutional petition Yes, the decision based on the record is reversed, the petition stated that the decision was dismissed.
