SALAMAT ALI versus TARIQ & COMPANY
A. XVII, R3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the plaintiff's decision ruled on the defendant's failure to present evidence. An agreement was reached between the parties on the appeal of the defendant, whereby the plaintiff agreed to collect the decedent money and the plaintiff in such a way that, by consensus, the defendant's appeal would be accepted and the trial on receipt of the defendant's evidence. The trial will be presented in court. The defendant failed to meet the terms of the agreement in the case of the plaintiff, but instead filed a petition for review of the remand appeal order. Defendant's dispute was also dismissed, before the Supreme Court held that the defendant's counsel had no authority to compromise in favor of his appeal, nor did such a lawyer Was instructed as it properly dealt with this factual dispute. Defendant did not indicate any wrongdoing in the High Court order, leave to appeal denied.
