O XLIII, R1 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was granted by the High Court of Appeal for scrutiny of questions related to the dismissal of the applicant's FAO, as default. From time to time, the High Court refused to reinstate the appeal that the lawyer's statement / explanation was not found to be false, but there was no good reason for it and whether the lawyer had made a timely error.
