In the case of sections 2 & 2 and Part 304, Part I of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the two versions, the High Court, after careful use of the record and reviewing the evidence, concluded that both the rival versions were being tested. Should have been placed by the court somewhere else. To arrive at a correct conclusion about the fact and error of one or the other, and thus the conviction under section 302 was changed to section 1, section 304, the death sentence on the Penal Code charges ten years imprisonment and more. Changed to a fine. The record did not justify interference in the High Court Petition Exemption decision
