Article 212 (3) The petition for hearing of the petition was heard on various grounds, inquired and after issuing the showcase notice, the service tribunal found on the appeal that the applicant had purchased thousands of rupees of land. His wife and brother's name had been tampered with and changed the record without the proper authority to be a civil servant, and all he could do was to take final advantage of the allegations that had been made against him. ? The view taken by the service tribunal was in accordance with the law and did not raise any question about the law of public importance, which may require further examination by the Supreme Court. Appeal denied
