INAYATULLAH versus ADDITIONAL DEPUTY COMMISSIONER

XXVI, R1 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Supreme Court revision petitioner hearing the petition for dismissal of the appeal while reliance on two decided cases of the Supreme Court was reported as Chaudhry Muhammad. Siddiq v. Mohammad Rashid 1982 SCMR 636 and Mohammad Akram v. Muhammad Zar and others in 1987 SCMR 1788 submitted that in their case, detailed examination of the law was required. In the cases decided, the Supreme Court withdrew its order to dismiss the appeal for leave and granted leave.
