SADIQ HUSSAIN versus UMAR DIN
Section 47 and OAX1, R58 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) application for execution in connection with the Tehsil Site was rejected by the Executive Court. The appellate court approved the petition, but the high court rejected the decision and reinstated the judicial decision. This site was considered to be a part of the open road that the public was entitled to use in its entirety, even if legal and technical questions regarding the scope of the scope of the unknown order and the amending jurisdiction might require examination. Also, the Supreme Court did not consider this to be appropriate and the appellant's leave was dismissed in the circumstances in order to exercise his discretion in favor of the applicants.
