In the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) petitioner / a constitutional petition rejected by the petitioners of the High Court earlier, no other relief against this request was preferred. Another constitutional petition was filed which was dismissed and his appeal was also appealed. To revoke the allotment order in favor of the respondents, in which they did not provoke the officers of the settlement after 5 years, 1972, by appeal or revision before refusing to revoke the allotment of the High Court. In the meantime, the applicant remained inactive. There was no justification for re-opening the matter, as the applicants reconciled with it, unimaginable.
