Section 22A, 22B & 154 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Registration of Criminal Case The applicant challenged the order of Justice of Peace under which Section 22A for the registration of criminal case against the applicants. And the petition was filed under 22 BCPC. Respondents, were dismissed that the petitioner alleged that in his absence the defendants forcibly entered his house, demolished it and that the police not only had the defendants to take away all the house articles, including building materials. No action was taken against. But he also threatened that if he would take legal action against the respondents, he would threaten to implicate him in a false case if filed by the applicant under the provisions of 22A and 22BCPC. The petition was also dismissed by the Department of Justice, there was no pending litigation between the parties. When the incident took place in the civil litigation, it was not enough to knock the applicant directly, unless he was given the opportunity to prove the evidence while the applicant made a serious allegation. And police were required to file a case under section 154. If the PC, if any recognizable offense was reported, the Justice of Peace issued a false verdict and the Section HA was directed to record the complainant's statement under Section 154 CCPC.
