Preferred respondents were never accused of violations. The applicants / complainants had or occupied a house or a piece of land but only the respondents were alleged to have made public transgressions that were not in the possession or occupation of the applicants. And there is no question of their being ousted or displaced. For this reason, the public is being widely used by the public, including applicants and respondents, and the defendants were not responsible for alleged violations of the public road under section 3 of the Illegal Settlement Act, 2005. Authorities showed that the applicants themselves had seized the part of the aforesaid section and thus the applicants did not openly approach the High Court. 175 and was treated under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, which he did not avail of the complaint filed by the applicants under Section 3 of the Unlawful Settlement Act, 2005, If allegations of public infringement are deemed to have been dismissed within the constitutional application
