SYED SHAHZAIB KAMAL versus STATE
Section 497 (2) of the Contempt of Conduct (XLV of 1860), section 302/324/337 A (i), (ii) / 337 F (i) / 148/149 guarantees, occurred in the grant of two versions of the case. His house, which was declared commisson by the trial court, had five injuries on its own. The special role attributed to the accused was that he had injured one of the prosecution witnesses, which was found to have been confidential under Section 337A (i).
