Section 4 Punjab Town Environment Act (IV of 1922), Sections 41, 56 and 57 of the Financial Commissioner's Standing Order No. 28, dated June 26, 1909 for the acquisition of dedicated property for the purposes of the Punjab Town Environment Act, 1922 bar. Acquisition of, as included in Standing Order No. 28, where instructions issued by the Financial Commissioner / Board of Revenue were neither included in the express word nor, by required implications, in Standing Order No. 28. The properties appearing shall not apply to the acquisition under the Town Improvement Act, under which the acquisition was made. Not taken into account any land acquisition act which may be included in the Punjab Town Improvement Act which could stand in the way of acquiring those properties.
