MUHAMMAD ASHFAQ versus HEDAYAT BIBI
Sections 2 and 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), R1 185 (3) challenged the contender's change of inheritance by the claimant that she was wrongfully deprived of her legal part as the daughter of the deceased landlord. In the High Court, the Settlement Authority dismissed such a request. The order-affected High Court was not required to enter any record in the constitutional jurisdiction of the competing defendant's relationship with the prospective landowner, the writ issued by the High Court was withdrawn and the notification officer on the matter was withdrawn. The question was remanded for judgment on whether the defendant is also the daughter of the deceased landowner.
