QAISER HAMEED versus IMTIAZ AHMAD KHAN
RR 35, 36, 75 (D) and 78 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition reversing the constituency of all four polling stations, the applicants of the Election Tribunal demanded more votes but the Election Tribunal. Announced again. The voting at any of the eight polling stations in four of the eight polling stations failed to comply with the provisions of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance 2001 and its rules were deemed sufficient under R 78 of the Punjab Local Government Election Rules 2005. Call 75 75 (d) of the Punjab Local Government Election Rules, 2005 did not facilitate the cancellation of such elections at one or two polling stations, giving the Election Tribunal the power to completely revoke the elections. Means the entire circle selection was approved by order. The election tribunal was without any legal authority and had no legal effect, so the election of the entire constituency by announcing the election as invalid was meant to be banned instead of one or two polling stations. Only the High Court directed the authorities. Petitions are allowed to be arranged for fresh constituency elections.
