MUHAMMAD MUMTAZ versus NASAR AHMAD
Section Civil Pro Code of Civil Procedure (v. 8 1908 O), A xxxxx, Rr 1, 2 The application for the right to apply for temporary injunction defendants in their claim was approved by the sub divisional and divisional canal officers. Orders were questioned which stated that orders were missing. Claimants to the right of the plaintiff also filed a grant of a temporary injunction grant to prevent the defendants from proceeding, saying that the suit and application were dismissed simultaneously by the trial and the appellate court. The accuracy record of the plaintiffs showed that irrigation time was not maintained as fresh heirs were prepared so as to enable the defendants to irrigate their land in different squares by the same means. Prima Fax did not cause any prejudice to the plaintiffs through unknown orders.
