5302 weapons of crime have not been recovered from the accused under the provisions of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance, Articles 13, Articles 14A [which have been inserted in the Pakistan Arms (Amendment) Ordinance (XXI of 1976)]. The ordinance of 13, 1965, on the accused, could not have been served by the Additional Sessions Judge, but should have been done by the Additional Sessions Judge by a Magistrate first-class trial, the culprits could not be convicted.
