MUHAMMAD YOUNIS versus STATE
Investigations of Sections 9 (b), 21 and 22, consisting of an A-section by the Assistant Sub Inspector of Polk Weldesi Police Officer, raided the suspect, recovered the narcotic material, prepared a recovery memo. And so it was practically investigated. All inquiries made by an A-Section I violation of 21 were violated and violated the Narcotic Material Stances Control Act 22 of 1997, because less than one officer of the Sub Inspector of Police occupied a public place. Could not and did not have the power to search and a person was arrested by the Assistant Sub Inspector Police and the recovery memo produced by him had no legal force and he could not prove the crime. The prosecution failed to prove my case and the accused was acquitted.
