The accused was sentenced to three years imprisonment for being found guilty under Section 497 Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 489F Guarantee, Section 489 FPPC, which prohibited Section 497 (1) CR PC Guarantee. The clause did not attract mischief. Such matters were a rule and denial was an exception. Apart from the complainant, the lawyer of the prosecuting officer also opposed the sanction of the accused's bail, but could not identify any specific feature of the case from which the matter came to light. The charge of any exception, which had been detained for the past eight months, could not be sustained indefinitely as the offender was allowed to be punished under the circumstances.
