The employees of the corporation cleaned it daily but no one was made to witness the recovery of the public and they were not in the possession of the accused even two months after the incident from somewhere. C was recovered in violation, therefore, it could not be used as a contradictory piece of evidence against the two defendants. Was not aimed against any alleged offense, nor was the same. Although there was always a motive behind every crime, especially in the murder case, it was not available in the present case because the trial court did not declare any evidence, conviction and sentence separately. Appeal from the circumstances was allowed
