The Ad-hoc Civil Servants (Regularization of Services) Act 1987 Section 3 of the NWFP (Replacing the North-West Frontier Province Ad-hoc Civil Servants (Regulating the Services Ordinance (I of 1987)) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Applicants are held in the post office. On this basis, when the Ordinance I was enacted in 1987, the Public Service Commission's Select was available but it did not join it till the date of the Ordinance, which meant that the applicant continued on an ad hoc basis on that date. The applicant was entitled to take advantage of the benefit. In order to regularize their services, Section 3 of the Ordinance was directed by the Government to regularize the services of the applicant.
