Section 17 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), AXXI, Rr 99, 100 and 101 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Execution Court, Title / Occupancy E n Removal Requirements Against Tenant Against Tenant Permissions were granted. The objection was sought for the execution of the proceedings against the tenant applicant, who claims that his shop has title / occupation on it, which the executing court dismissed the petition and the appellate court dismissed the petition. The filing of the review petition was mainly dismissed because the parties had long sought litigation. The petition submitted by the petitioner was that the claim for title / possession was to be decided not by the court but by a civil suit. Implementation of the civil court order shall apply to all the cases in which the objections were filed and the same under the law. The appellate court denied the decision and imposed the court's order and ruled that it was without illegal legal authority, which was set aside and remanded to the appellate court for trial. Constitutional application was granted
