PUNJAB PROVINCIAL CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD., LAHORE versus MUHAMMAD AKRAM
Co-operative Society Act 1925 Sections 70A (a) and 71 (b) Cooperative Society Rules, 1927, R55 Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969), Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Order) Ordinance (VI) 1968), section 2 (i) in relation to the employees of the Co-operative Bank, the jurisdiction of the courts of Labor, Section 70A of the CedL (a) Cooperative Society Act, 1925, does not apply where the order was passed in a contemptuous case. According to the Act, any rules governing employment in the Bank apply to the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Order) Ordinance. Will be violation of its provisions and the employee's failure to appreciate the employees, who will challenge the Labor Court.
