The candidate's bail was terminated. The representative's BA degree was a fake. The degree of respondents should have been raised at the time of scrutiny of the nomination papers under Section 14 of the Representative Public Law, 1976, and such candidate would have preferred the appeal under section 14 (5) of the representation. Under the People's Act, 1976, against the decision to reject or accept the nomination papers of the candidate for the constituency, the applicant for nomination failed to raise the objection to the nomination of the respondents at the time of scrutiny. A similar protest was also filed in the constitutional petition by the relevant university, on which the applicant's entire case was based, the applicants had to prove by adding evidence, such exercise to prove the letter was a constitutional jurisdiction.
