Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) accepted the application of the ordinance. After receiving the status of permanent employees for 3 months irrespective of the terms and conditions of service in the appointment letter, such employees will not be paid for two days of unpaid work, after receiving permanent employees status, so charge sheet and inquiry order Services cannot be terminated later. Labor Court accepts complaint complaint and demands reinstatement by appellate tribunal
