Upon release of Form V, taken without notice Had the applicant, who had been condemned by an unidentified Returning Officer or District Returning Officer, been unable to interfere with the nomination of a candidate after the issuance of a Form V Returning Officer or District Returning Officer, would not be required in connection with any candidate's disqualification. Neither was there any authority to accept any type of objection / request, whose nomination papers were not checked, accepted and challenged while the Election Tribunal High Court had failed to conduct a poor inquiry after the original Form V was issued.
