The Settlement Commissioner, which passed judgment on the applicants of the case, was that the Deputy Settlement Commissioner and the Settlement Commissioner were obliged to reject the orders which violated the High Court's remand. The order of the High Court was set aside because the position was correct. The Settlement Authorities, which are in violation of the High Court's remand order, were instructed by the Settlement Commissioner to determine the dates of possession of all the claimants and to move the house in accordance with the law.
