It was just disgusting, but immoral, and it is a crime for a 12-year-old child to be sexually assaulted by an adult under which the accused was sentenced to life imprisonment and is subject to Section 497 CCPC. Prohibited clause was reached, no case for bail was granted, bail plea dismissed
