Article 9 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Termination of Investigation The National Accountability Bureau affirmed the legality and support of the High Court decision, under which the constitutional petition filed by the respondent was accepted. And the Bureau is being investigated by the Bureau for respondents being accused of having acquired immovable assets from their immovable sources of income. The weak investigation office was, in the third investigation, a report submitted that said there was not enough evidence to present the case before the court for successful litigation against the accused and after seeking legal opinion in the case. The matter may be considered to be closed. For legal opinion and the legal expert agreed with the Investigating Officer's view, but the Deputy Director General NAB was not satisfied, referred the matter to a re-investigation, leading to a futile re-investigation practice for 6 years. The respondent High Court suffered terribly. In its unclean decision, the right-of-way directive, the High Court's decision was not guaranteed to interfere in accordance with perfectly legal and law-abiding principles.
