Section 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 The premature retirement / LPR application submitted by the appellant for premature retirement was accepted, however, the appellant later returned the LPR demand. An application was made to take over, but the retirement order was not set aside by the competent authority. Approved by the applicant's request, the retirement order was finalized and a past and closed transaction was made and no justification for the withdrawal of the LPR order was imposed and proper and reasonable cause. There was no illegal interference or weakness was identified in the unknown verdict. Therefore, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal for interference by the Supreme Court.
