RAJJAN versus NOOR MUHAMMAD
Section 42 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 (1X of 1908), affirming the sale of land in a land dispute for the plaintiff to amend section 8, was a minor plaintiff at the time. The suit can be brought within three years from the acquisition of the majority suit filed by the plaintiff after the expiry of thirteen years from the acquisition of the majority, which, in fact, was excluded due to time restriction.
