The identity of the suspects was extremely suspicious as the presence of witnesses at the time of the incident was not mentioned since the name of the victim and the wife of the victim and the presence of the deceased spouse, who was the natural witness of the house detainee, were injured. The recovery of the accused's shoes was a clear case in this case, which was later discovered, after which the suspect identified the size of the high cover. By a reasonable decision, the defendant's appeal was circumstantially dismissed
