Held, no wrongdoing was made in the same statement that was made in an integrated charter, so that the issue without any proof could be dealt with. Because the RX of the OXX XX CPC itself was deemed to have wiped out the entire suit on one or more of the issues created by it and the trial court's dismissal, and it was XO5 I was in the category after the disposals listed.
