Notification shall not be issued one year after the date of publication. Section 4 Where no notice was issued within the stipulated period, the issue of extension for up to sixty days was required to issue notification to the Board of Revenue where the Board of Revenue refuses to extend or for an extended period. No notification was issued during this period. Termination of proceedings shall be deemed to have not been issued within one year or in this case in the present case, even after sixty days after the expiry of the year, such action shall be deemed terminated. The Pla will thus require further investigation and inquiry, and they are entitled to interim relief from the injunction, especially when it is found that they remain in their business and in their business.
