MUHAMMAD SHARIF versus VTH ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE (CENTRAL), KARACHI
Section 15 (2) (ii) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) defaults on payment of rent emissions was rejected by the rent controller, but the appellate court held the rent controller's decision aside. Accepted the dismissal request and instructed the tenants to vacate the High Court upholding the judgment of the appellate court tenants who claimed that they had paid the rent, to pay for it. Can't present receipt and have just stated that the practice receipt is to pay rent, but it did not speak positively or negatively. That no recovery was issued in the past, the landlords denied the tenants' claim about paying the rent to the tenants that the landlords had received the rent, but were refusing to issue the receipt. It was difficult to accept the smooth results of the Appellate Court and the High Court against the tenants. Cannot be interrupted, in which case the application for leave of appeal was dismissed
