QAISER REHMAN versus DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, RAWALPINDI

Pakistan Penal Code S, 304 and 304 were driving a bus that collided with a wagon parked on the road, killing seven people and injuring 5 others. The accused managed to ensnare all the passengers. The accused confessed in his statement under Section 234Cr, CRPC, that he was driving the bus which was found by the accident. He could not see the wagon but it was not advised to any witnesses and they all agreed that the accused was in a hurry and negligence which led to the accident, which contained numerous evidence which gave the perpetrators of crime the appropriate reasons.
