The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 325 and 324 accused whose conviction was reduced from 2 years to 9 months were upheld by the Court of Appeal claiming that since the radiologist had not been examined, they were guilty under Section 325, PPC. Could not be proved, if the accused could be convicted. Section 252525, which cannot be registered under the preventive code, can also be registered under section 242424, the impeachment rule, under which they can be sentenced to up to three years in prison. The accused was already reduced by the appellate court to nine months, the accused was detained and they were jailed for five months, the High Court further reduced the accused to nine months to six months.
