Section 35 (1) Pre-emption suit section 35, the Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1991 expressly states that all suits that were established or pending between 1 8 1986 to 28 3 1990 are the persons affected. But in the present case, the plaintiff did not take such a position in the plaintiff, nor was the matter presented by the trial court nor any such evidence was presented by the plaintiff's High Court. In the circumstances, the case did not have the right to apply for re-termination by the plaintiff as a retained pre-termination right. The claim for retention was not made under the Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1991
