The rival husband's father filed a lawsuit against his father's lawsuit under Rule 11 of the Ordinance (VII of 1979). The court ordered that the marriage case be adjourned in the criminal case, pending the request of the husband to halt proceedings in the criminal case without commenting on the fate of the criminal case. The action should be completed, but no final decision has been made. Order should be announced until marital rights and marital life restoration cases are decided
