Failure to supply a copy of the FIR office by the Article 199 Constitutional petition raised the objection that the applicant did not provide a copy of the FIR lawyer, so it was claimed that the FIR certified copy file Doing is not required by law and the applications were received without the submission of FIR and only the statement of the applicant's lawyer was considered to be substantially correct, due to some difficulties, it was ordered by the High Court. It was reported that the FIR's photostat copy will be entered on a permanent basis and upon finding the barrier to the photostat copy. The FIR, in some cases, was taken seriously by the Bench by the administration, and it was directed that no further application be heard unless it was accordingly certified by the FIR Order.
