At the time it was heard so that the person could be in a position to dismiss the charges, it was not necessary for the Registrar to issue appropriate show cause notices or provide details of the charges but upon receipt of the complaint or information. He could summarize the allegations to the Society at the hearing and subsequently the High Court refused to intervene in the matter. The notice issued to the applicants under section 43 (1) of the Cooperative Society Act, 1925, by the Registrar Constitutional Application, was dealt with accordingly.
