This is an application for a review of my order passed in appeal under the Motor Vehicles Act. Mr. Munir Ahmed, Advo cate, who has appeared for the petitioner has frankly admitted that there is no provision under the Motor Vehicles Act or Rules framed thereunder providing for a review of orders passed by the Appellate Authority. The petition thus is not really tenable under the law and stands dismissed.
