Directed the tenant to collect the rent arrears for the person concerned. Tenants who are required to control the rent upon filing an application under section 16 (2) of the Credit Controller, Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979, and the scheduled monthly rental period on or before the 10th of each calendar month. Within the stipulated period, the first appeal as per the order of the rent controller is intact, less than the directive of the rent controller of the tenant having filed the constitutional application, but it is also submitted after the specified date for the monthly rent as well. The order was submitted after a delay of six days from the date of the order as the tenant's defense has been temporarily struck due to non-compliance of the rental order and the tenant has been rightly ordered. It is supposed to hand over the vacancy within 90 days from the date of the handover of the occupied land. The impeachment order was simultaneously approved by the Rent Controller and the Court of Appeal which did not require interference.
