Legally the lease of the property had expired and the third party participated by paying the money for the lease restoration. The third party had spent considerable money on the trust property, thus the property was not worth the deduction. To be employed for the purpose because in view of the contribution made by the third party considered in the dedication merit petition, the High Court refused to grant the plaintiff's order against the defendants, the requests were dismissed.
